These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and Stagevest LLC (“Stagevest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our website, applications, and related services (the “Services”).

By accessing or using Stagevest, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. Membership & Subscriptions

Stagevest is a paid membership community. Stagevest reserves the right to approve or deny membership applications at its discretion.

Membership benefits may include access to a member-only mobile application and digital community features.

3. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation

Membership fees may be billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.

Refund policies, if offered, will be described separately at checkout or in a posted policy.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining account confidentiality
  • All activity under your account
  • Providing accurate information

5. User Content & Community Conduct

Members may post content including profiles, posts, comments, and messages.

You agree not to post content that is:

  • Illegal
  • Harassing or abusive
  • Defamatory
  • Fraudulent
  • Infringing on intellectual property

Stagevest may remove content or restrict accounts at its discretion.

6. Section 230 (Communications Decency Act Notice)

Stagevest may host user-generated content.

Under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act (47 U.S.C. § 230), Stagevest is not treated as the publisher or speaker of content posted by users.

Users are solely responsible for their content and interactions.

7. Intellectual Property

Stagevest's software, branding, design, and platform content are owned by Stagevest LLC or its licensors.

You may not copy, distribute, or exploit Stagevest materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Stagevest is provided “as is” and “as available.” Stagevest makes no guarantees that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stagevest LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Stagevest's total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to Stagevest in the prior 12 months.

10. Termination

Stagevest may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the community.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in California.
